How will you work with me?

By Liz Paul, Psychotherapist & Counsellor

To me, psychotherapy means working closely with each client to develop solutions which will lead them to a happier life.

To do that, I first need to gain a sound understanding of your problem, and then we will work together to facilitate your desired changes and outcomes.

Importantly, my clinic is a safe place where you can talk openly about your problems and concerns, and where you can discuss your thoughts on how your situation could be improved.

Your long term happiness is my goal.

And I will do everything I can to help you become happier, more confident… and ready to enjoy life once again.
